6oz Caster Sugar
1 Pint Cream
1) Beat the sugar and eggs until the sugar dissolves and the mixture turns pale and fluffy when you stop beating.
2) Whip the cream.
3) Fold in the sugar and egg mixture into the cream.
4) Add the flavour of your choice, i.e. 2 tsp vanilla essence, a handful chopped mint leaves or 8oz melted chocolate.
5) Cover your bowl and place in the freezer, stir well after two hours. Leave in freezer overnight.
